Problem -

A guest list management system designed to simplify and automate the coordination of attendees for parties and social events.

Why I created this product?

Procrastination is a common problem that affects many areas of life, from personal tasks to work and studies. With digital distractions and no clear structure, staying on track becomes even harder.

Seeing these challenges, I wanted to create something that boosts productivity and helps people stay organized and focused. By listening to users and understanding their needs, I aimed to develop a tool that helps cut down procrastination.

Research findings -

I started by learning how procrastination affects people and identified ways to help them overcome it through these three research methods that provided better ideas for reducing this challenge.

Through internet research I was able to figure out and validate this is a big problem that procrastination has grown overtime rapidly where according to Zippia, about 42.6% of adults frequently or daily procrastinate, spending an average of 218 minutes each day putting off tasks. In comparison, 86% of high school students and 80-95% of college students tend to procrastinate on their assignments.
